Responsibilities
- Understand client requirements and translate them into feasible software designs.
- Develop, modify, optimize, and maintain software modules and applications.
- Design and execute test cases, scenarios, and usage cases to validate software.
- Automate software validation processes and troubleshoot errors, bugs, and system issues.
- Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend improvements to system performance and availability.
- Support software installation, upgrades, continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring.
- Prepare technical documentation, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, code comments, project specifications, and status reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, functional teams, systems analysts, engineering staff, stakeholders, and clients.
- Capture client requirements and clarifications, gather feedback, respond to customer requests, and support on-time delivery.
- Participate in continuing education and training to learn new programming languages and maintain current best practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Mandatory experience with Camunda.
- Ability to design, code, test, troubleshoot, and maintain software applications.
- Ability to analyze requirements, systems flows, data usage, and work processes.
- Ability to prepare clear documentation, reports, and software specifications.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with clients, project teams, functional teams, and engineering staff.
- Commitment to software quality, customer service, and continuous skill development.
