Responsibilities
- Define product requirements, solution designs, architectural strategies, and target-state roadmaps.
- Develop and implement architectural designs for new and existing products, including partial implementation and debugging of complex issues.
- Create proofs of concept, validate prototypes, and assess technology feasibility, cost, performance, and customer differentiation.
- Provide technical leadership and architectural assurance for custom solutions, product deployment, implementation, and upgrades.
- Analyze technology environments, client requirements, implementation risks, impacts, and architectural root causes.
- Collaborate with sales, development, consulting, and delivery teams on RFP solutioning and client engagements.
- Develop product validation and performance-testing plans.
- Mentor developers, designers, junior architects, and technical teams.
- Contribute to training, certifications, white papers, blogs, demos, case studies, interviews, and architecture-practice activities.
Requirements
- Mandatory skill in Salesforce Data Architecture & Management.
- 5–8 years of professional experience.
- Ability to design scalable, reliable, and deployment-compatible product architectures.
- Experience with proofs of concept, solution validation, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, and technical leadership.
- Ability to collaborate with sales, development, consulting, delivery, project, and customer teams.
- Ability to communicate architectural recommendations, reusable patterns, investment roadmaps, and technical thought leadership.
