Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain complex applications and components using .NET Core, .NET, and C#.
- Design and implement integrations with internal systems and third-party services, including custom APIs.
- Contribute to solution architecture, technical decisions, coding standards, and architectural patterns.
- Perform code reviews and mentor junior and mid-level engineers.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications with internal and external stakeholders.
- Plan and perform unit and functionality testing and resolve complex technical issues.
- Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and support system stability.
- Handle multiple projects and share technical knowledge across global teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 10–12 years of experience developing with .NET Core, .NET, and C#, including Visual Studio, custom APIs, and system integrations.
- Experience with RESTful API design and consumption, JWT, and OAuth basics.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSON, XML, XSD, and React.js or Angular.
- Proficiency in SQL and query tuning with MSSQL, Oracle, or PostgreSQL.
- Knowledge of secure, scalable, multi-user coding, architectural patterns, and performance troubleshooting.
- Experience with AWS deployment, Docker, Kubernetes, YAML manifests, GitHub, and Jenkins CI/CD.
- Exposure to application servers, web servers, and basic Unix commands.
- Experience working in complex matrix environments with global teams across time zones.
- Preferred experience includes Actimize, AML, KYC, fraud solutions, AI-based and agentic AI development, LLM-powered agents, tool calling, multi-agent workflows, MCP, and MongoDB.
