Responsibilities
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to define, build, and implement a Generative AI agent platform for priority banking services.
- Architect agent orchestration, workflows, tool and function integration, memory and state management, skill registries, and reusable delivery patterns.
- Drive platform adoption through reference implementations, onboarding pathways, APIs, SDKs, templates, documentation, and governance.
- Define performance metrics and SLOs, implement observability, run evaluations, and optimize reliability, accuracy, latency, and cost.
- Oversee end-to-end delivery by managing scope, risks, dependencies, milestones, blockers, and quality.
- Advise senior leadership on technical options, trade-offs, risks, costs, and delivery plans.
- Assess GenAI and agent advancements and drive pragmatic platform upgrades that maintain security, compliance, and competitiveness.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on coding experience with strong Python, Java, or Golang skills.
- Experience using at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Ability to deploy and operate production services; Docker and Kubernetes are preferred.
- At least 2 years of experience building and shipping LLM or Generative AI applications.
- Experience with agentic workflows, multi-agent systems, tool or function calling, RAG, search, vector databases, and agent tooling or integration patterns such as MCP.
- Strong English verbal communication and the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to develop creative solutions to complex problems and apply AI-driven approaches, including coding assistants, to improve productivity, quality, and engineering practices.
