Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and improve scalable, maintainable, and high-performing software solutions.
- Lead and build ServiceNow functionality independently without supervision.
- Work with the ServiceNow platform, including the CSDM model, platform upgrades, security model, and API integrations.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, engineers, and other functions to define requirements and deliver integrated solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, promote code quality and knowledge sharing, and implement unit testing and secure coding practices.
- Manage risk, strengthen controls, and contribute to policies, procedures, and technology communities.
- Guide team members and influence stakeholders on complex technical and business issues.
Requirements
- Strong ServiceNow platform experience, including the CSDM model, platform upgrades, security, and API integrations.
- Certified ServiceNow CSA and CAD administrator and developer qualifications.
- Ability to lead and build ServiceNow functionality independently as a sole lead.
- Very good understanding of programming languages, data models, and enterprise development best practices.
- Preferred experience with the CSM module in an FSO context.
- Preferred experience working in an enterprise regulated industry.
- Good experience with AI models and tools such as GitLab Duo and Claude Code.
