Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design and delivery while establishing development standards.
- Ensure code quality, scalability, performance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Lead and mentor team members and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support integration and delivery.
- Monitor project progress and implement improvements to development processes.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
- Proficiency in Performance Measurement Analysis and Improvement.
- Strong analytical skills for evaluating software performance and identifying improvements.
- Experience defining and implementing development standards for code quality and maintainability.
- Ability to design scalable software architectures aligned with business requirements.
- Ability to collaborate with diverse teams to drive technical excellence.
- 15 years of full-time education.
