Responsibilities
- Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions.
- Lead teams through software design, development, and delivery.
- Establish and enforce development standards to maintain code quality and consistency.
- Manage team decisions and contribute to key decisions across multiple teams.
- Analyze complex technical challenges and devise effective solutions.
- Ensure software scalability, performance, and reliability under varying loads.
- Coordinate communication and execution across cross-functional teams.
- Mentor and support junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Proficiency in Manufacturing Engineering MES.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture principles and scalable system design.
- Experience managing software development lifecycles and delivering custom software solutions.
- Ability to solve complex technical problems with innovative solutions.
- Familiarity with performance optimization and software reliability practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- 15 years of full-time education.
