Responsibilities
- Ensure the quality of software solutions in collaboration with the development team.
- Perform software testing, quality automation, programming, and software deployment.
- Create and implement end-to-end test plans at the project level.
- Act as the interface between the client and the test team.
- Coach and mentor team members while managing and supporting the test team.
- Build strong relationships with the client.
Requirements
- Experienced leadership in Quality Engineering.
- Expertise in effective software testing and test automation.
- Ability to use appropriate testing and automation tooling.
- Programming and software deployment experience.
- Strong communication and people management skills.
- Ability to create and implement end-to-end test plans and work effectively with clients.
