Base Salary
$110k - $220k/yr
Responsibilities
- Deliver platform capabilities including infrastructure, tooling, and ML frameworks.
- Lead coding, testing, deployment, monitoring, and maintenance across the full software development lifecycle.
- Apply cloud-native architecture principles to build scalable and resilient systems.
- Conduct system design reviews and validate alignment with architectural best practices.
- Build AI-driven applications and integrate ML components.
- Mentor engineers, influence technical decisions, and promote engineering excellence through documentation and knowledge sharing.
- Translate complex business needs into technical requirements and track success metrics.
- Develop software in a full-stack environment with emphasis on UI engineering.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, computer information systems, software engineering, or a related area and 4 years of software engineering or related experience, or 6 years of such experience.
- Strong proficiency in Java and JavaScript.
- Experience with software design patterns, API design, platform engineering, infrastructure tooling, and AI/ML integration.
- Experience leading full software development lifecycle activities, including coding, testing, CI/CD deployment, and maintenance.
- Ability to debug, perform code insight, prototype software, mentor engineers, and influence architectural decisions.
- Preferred master's degree in a related field with 2 years of software engineering or related experience.
- Preferred knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, digital accessibility, and accessibility best practices.
