Responsibilities

Deliver scalable, fault-tolerant features across backend, web, and mobile systems.
Orchestrate AI coding agents by framing problems, directing implementation, reviewing output, and handling complex edge cases.
Build and maintain tests, evaluations, and harnesses for agent-assisted systems.
Identify and resolve technical challenges within the role’s scope with increasing autonomy.
Support and mentor new joiners and share engineering knowledge.
Operate and monitor production systems while maintaining reliability, security, and quality at integration boundaries.
Collaborate with partners and cross-functional teams on product delivery and technical integration.

At least 4 years of software engineering experience across backend and frontend development, including web or mobile.
Experience building distributed systems is required; banking or fintech experience is a plus.
Track record of, or clear eagerness for, shipping production work by orchestrating AI coding agents and reviewing their output.
Ability to build tests and harnesses that keep AI-assisted systems reliable.
Awareness of data protection, access control, auditability, and banking or partner compliance constraints.
Strong ownership, accountability, collaboration, communication, and continuous-improvement skills.
Working proficiency in English.
