Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, maintain, and troubleshoot cloud and AI infrastructure based on open source software.
- Deploy AI infrastructure on NVIDIA-certified hardware and optimize container infrastructure for reliability, performance, and scalability.
- Design and implement AI-driven automation across the DevOps lifecycle.
- Troubleshoot complex networking, storage, Linux, Kubernetes, and infrastructure issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical strategies.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain high-quality software and services.
- Lead technical tasks, mentor team members, and facilitate knowledge transfer to customers.
- Work with geographically distributed international teams and travel up to 25% if needed, including internationally.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of professional experience in DevOps, software development, or a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with Kubernetes and/or OpenStack, cloud and infrastructure technologies, and high-performance data center processing, networking, and storage.
- Exposure to Golang and working knowledge of Python and JavaScript.
- Strong knowledge of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong debugging and performance-optimization skills across networking, storage, hardware and software infrastructure, Linux, and Kubernetes.
- Ability to make independent technical judgments, lead technical tasks, and collaborate with diverse teams and customers.
- Excellent written and spoken English and customer-facing communication skills.
- Preferred experience with network or storage architecture, high-performance computing or GPU infrastructure, GPU scheduling, MIG/vGPU, RDMA/RoCE, InfiniBand, NVLink, DCGM health-checking, GPU driver or firmware lifecycle, or NVIDIA AI Enterprise.
- Preferred open source community participation, upstream contributions, conference presentations, and experience with Rancher, OpenShift, or VMware.
