Base Salary

$139k - $193k/yr

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Account Executives to execute pre-sales activities including opportunity qualification and technical presentations.
  • Lead technical discovery sessions with customers to uncover their needs and demonstrate Twilio's capabilities.
  • Build and present powerful presentations and product demos to showcase Twilio Communications Products.
  • Establish yourself as a trusted advisor to customers, introducing innovative solutions and architectures.
  • Contribute to the Solutions Engineering community through knowledge sharing and creating reusable materials.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Minimum of 8 years in a solutions engineering role specializing in complex technical products.
  • Experience with customer engagement and communicating the ROI of products.
  • Demonstrates exceptional technical proficiency and thought leadership.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer-focused problem solver with excellent time management skills.
  • Previous software development experience in backend or web development.
  • Experience building with REST APIs.
