Base Salary
$185k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Contribute to building and delivering solutions that improve cloud services and infrastructure.
- Solve infrastructure problems with a software-driven, cloud-first approach.
- Engage with teams to implement product roadmaps focused on service delivery and reliability.
- Develop best practices and engineering standards within the team.
- Identify and drive down toil through innovation and automation.
- Build and deliver high-quality software with a focus on testing.
- Participate in on-call or off-hours duties as required.
Requirements
- Experience with JavaScript/Node.js/TypeScript in a Linux/Mac environment.
- Exposure to building and deploying infrastructure in a public cloud environment.
- Specific expertise in scaling compute in Azure.
- Experience in large-scale highly available distributed systems and SaaS platforms.
- Solid understanding of software and API-driven solutions for infrastructure management.
- Experience with scaling and deploying Linux-based systems.
- Ability to work autonomously and cross-functionally with a distributed team.
