Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize generative AI technologies to streamline operations.
- Train, fine-tune, and deploy LLM solutions using proprietary data.
- Create custom models and algorithms for large datasets.
- Analyze data to build ML models that enhance customer experiences.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify AI improvement opportunities.
- Deploy AI solutions and monitor their outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in building and deploying NLP and ML models.
- Hands-on experience with training and deploying LLMs.
- Experience in Kotlin or a background in consumer finance is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on model development.
- Proficient in Python for analysis and modeling.
- Experience with cloud services and distributed computing tools.
- Excellent cross-functional communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
