Responsibilities
- Define and drive the technical strategy and architecture for the activation domain.
- Lead product strategy in partnership with Product and Design across various initiatives.
- Own delivery of compliance and vendor initiatives, ensuring privacy-first systems.
- Run large, cross-functional programs and manage risk and dependencies.
- Mentor and develop engineers through design reviews and code practices.
- Continuously improve reliability, performance, and cost efficiency of services.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with large-scale distributed systems.
- 3+ years owning end-to-end architecture and technical strategy.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in backend languages like Go, Java, or Python and modern cloud infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with AI tooling and integrating AI into workflows.
- Experience designing compliant systems with privacy and security best practices.
- Demonstrated mentorship and team development experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
