Base Salary
$150k - $170k/yr
Responsibilities
- Spearhead the development and refinement of the QA strategy.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated tests to meet quality standards.
- Conduct comprehensive manual testing when automation is not feasible.
- Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to ensure product quality.
- Track, analyze, and report on software defects for timely resolution.
- Implement performance, scalability, and stress testing.
- Identify opportunities for improving QA processes and methodologies.
- Assess risks associated with product releases and recommend mitigation strategies.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with at least 3 years in a Senior or Lead role.
- Proficiency in test automation tools and scripting languages.
- Deep understanding of software development life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
