Responsibilities

- Help shape the team's adoption of AI-driven development practices.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Development experience in the financial industry is an asset.
- Proven experience in building high-performance web applications and APIs.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools.
- Expertise with Java, PHP, Drupal, Terraform, and/or AWS is an asset.
- Ability to connect designs to implementation with an API-first approach.
- Experience in designing and deploying scalable distributed systems.
- Commitment to code quality, maintainability, and testability.
- Experience working with legacy code and optimizing existing systems.
- Outstanding communication skills and ability to mentor junior engineers.
- A degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
