Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI-powered solutions across CX tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
- Gather requirements from CX Operations leaders and document current-state workflows.
- Build and maintain integration AI solutions and workflows across various platforms.
- Develop tools for ticket routing, case summarization, and proactive churn signals.
- Integrate third-party AI platforms into the CX tech stack.
- Ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and well-documented.
- Stay current on AI trends and recommend relevant applications.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in CX Operations or automation development.
- Hands-on experience with an enterprise integration/iPaaS platform.
- Ability to gather and document business requirements and map workflows.
- Strong communication skills to translate technical solutions for non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Python and SQL for building automations and working with APIs.
- Experience using LLM APIs and cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
- Comfortable automating across SaaS tools like Zendesk and Salesforce.
