Base Salary
$173k - $260k/yr
Responsibilities
- Define and drive technical strategy for major product areas.
- Lead large, cross-team initiatives from concept through launch.
- Architect and evolve complex systems spanning frontend and backend services.
- Establish and evolve engineering standards that scale across teams.
- Build AI-powered experiences using LLMs and related techniques.
- Proactively identify and eliminate systemic risks.
- Mentor and develop engineers across levels.
- Communicate clearly and influence effectively across various teams.
Requirements
- Deep experience shipping and operating production full-stack web applications at scale.
- Demonstrated ability to set technical direction and drive alignment across multiple teams.
- Strong track record delivering large, complex initiatives with meaningful dependencies.
- Excellent systems thinking regarding architecture, performance, and reliability.
- Hands-on experience applying AI/ML in product development.
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and creating clarity.
- Strong communication skills for diverse audiences.
- Product-minded with a focus on UX and customer outcomes.
