Responsibilities
- Own the architecture and delivery of foundational platform capabilities.
- Drive the evolution of Control Center into an AI-agent-ready operations platform.
- Lead technical direction and mentor engineers.
- Build highly reliable, secure distributed backend services.
- Partner across engineering and product teams to deliver cross-functional outcomes.
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience with a focus on large-scale distributed systems.
- Proven ability to lead high-impact technical initiatives independently.
- Hands-on experience with cloud-native infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines.
- Track record of building secure internal tools in a regulated environment.
- Experience with agentic AI systems and proficiency in Go and Python.
