Responsibilities
- Own the multi-quarter technical strategy and roadmap for the Overseer platform.
- Lead the design and execution of company P0 initiatives end-to-end.
- Drive an architecture that accelerates the correctness layer with each new product.
- Shape engineering standards and technical culture through design reviews and code quality improvements.
- Partner with senior engineering and product leadership to align on correctness requirements.
- Build AI-powered guardrails and real-time invariant enforcement capabilities.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in designing and operating fault-tolerant distributed systems.
- Proven experience as a technical lead with ownership of architecture decisions.
- Platform-builder mindset with a history of building infrastructure for multiple teams.
- Deep expertise in backend programming languages such as Go, Python, or Java.
- Track record of elevating technical quality through mentorship and process improvements.
- Ability to utilize generative AI responsibly to enhance workflow efficiency.
