Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with designers on core real-time collaboration features.
- Translate mission and user needs into functional, data-driven interactive prototypes.
- Help evolve Onebrief’s design system for durability and accessibility.
- Extend system tokens, components, and interaction patterns for consistency.
- Partner with engineers to implement design at scale.
- Move rapidly from sketch to prototype to production.
- Validate usability through prototypes and tests.
- Leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate prototyping.
- Build 'real-feel' prototypes using APIs and live data.
- Ensure shipped features meet accessibility and performance standards.
- Participate in QA and post-release audits.
- Translate ambiguous goals into clear artifacts with Product Management.
- Align with Engineering on frontend workflows and conventions.
- Evolve and improve the design system with Design.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in design and prototyping.
- Comfortable owning a problem from sketch to shipped UI.
- Experienced with data-dense, highly interactive UIs.
- Experience working with APIs and data flows.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Eligible for and able to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
