Base Salary
$125k - $156k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain data products for Customer Experience and Billing domains.
- Build integrated data pipelines across various healthcare domains.
- Design and optimize scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for data ingestion and processing.
- Maintain high standards of data quality, accuracy, and observability.
- Apply best practices for data security and compliance.
- Drive rapid prototyping for exploratory initiatives.
- Collaborate with product managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Establish templates and contribute to shared data product catalogs.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to mid-level engineers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or engineering, preferably with healthcare or biotech experience.
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering and cloud data architectures.
- Deep understanding of healthcare data domains including Patient, Provider, and Billing processes.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed processing frameworks.
- Experience with modern orchestration tools like Airflow and dbt.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools.
- Strong data modeling expertise in healthcare-specific schemas.
- Experience implementing CI/CD for data pipelines.
- Proven ability to operate effectively in fast-paced environments.
- Strong communication skills for collaboration across teams.
