Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Gather requirements directly from users, stakeholders, customers, and partners and translate business intent into functional and non-functional technical requirements.
- Build production-quality applications across Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Direct AI agents, review their output, track failure modes, and refine prompts and development patterns.
- Coordinate projects involving other Product Engineers and AI agents, including dependencies and delivery risks.
- Contribute to architectural decisions and manage the shared context harness and Context Architecture.
- Verify end-to-end system behavior, drive adoption through documentation and enablement, and monitor usage.
- Monitor production services, investigate and fix issues, and participate in support rotations.
- Iterate on shipped solutions, balance technical debt, and uphold engineering quality, reliability, and operational standards.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience building production web applications across the full stack.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects from idea through deployment, including authentication, failure handling, monitoring, and documentation.
- Proficiency with AI development tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, OpenAI Codex, or similar.
- Experience gathering requirements directly from users, customers, and partner teams and translating ambiguity into buildable specifications.
- Experience owning both functional and non-functional requirements, including performance, scalability, reliability, security, maintainability, and quality.
- Track record of owning a domain or initiative independently and being accountable for outcomes.
- Strong bias for action, domain curiosity, clear cross-functional communication, and ability to influence without authority.
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams.
