Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Take accountability for project outcomes and communicate directly with users and stakeholders.
- Translate business intents into functional requirements for engineers and AI agents.
- Write production-quality code using Python, Django, AWS, React, and PostgreSQL.
- Direct AI agents and review their outputs for quality and correctness.
- Run projects that involve collaboration with other Product Engineers and AI agents.
- Verify end-to-end results and ensure solutions meet specified requirements.
- Monitor services in production and participate in support rotations.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience building production web applications across the full stack.
- Demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects from idea to deployment.
- Proficiency in developing with AI tools and staying updated on AI practices.
- Experience gathering requirements directly from users and stakeholders.
- Ability to define both functional and non-functional requirements.
- Strong communication skills across engineering, product, and business teams.
- Experience working with distributed, remote teams.
