Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow packaged or SaaS applications to align features with business requirements.
- Manage application releases and maintain system stability, compatibility, performance, availability, and reliability.
- Gather requirements with cross-functional teams and translate them into technical configurations.
- Configure ServiceNow workflows, business rules, and client scripts.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Troubleshoot application issues and monitor performance.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge base articles.
- Participate in team discussions, provide solutions to work-related problems, and work independently toward subject matter expertise.
- Share knowledge and provide best-practice guidance to junior team members.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow is required.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow and a strong understanding of its platform architecture and modules.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, and client scripts in ServiceNow.
- Ability to integrate ServiceNow with external systems using APIs and web services.
- Familiarity with low-code/no-code development environments.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow release management processes and version control.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
