Base Salary
$90k - $115k/yr
Responsibilities
- Handle and execute service requests and project engagements.
- Triage and diagnose incidents or issues in daily operations.
- Scope, execute, and manage software/service implementations.
- Identify potential business or service opportunities through research.
- Support the development of scalable services and solutions.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on products and services.
- Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Support to meet customer requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical area such as Computer Science or Engineering.
- 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience in software implementation.
- Experience in customer-facing roles, particularly with Sales and Customer Experience.
- Strong technology troubleshooting skills and interest in software support.
- Excellent communication skills for explaining technical concepts.
- Experience with major cloud providers like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, React, or Go.
