Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and collaborate with multiple teams on key technical decisions.
- Provide solutions to complex problems across the immediate team and multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement team best practices that improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication for timely project delivery.
- Integrate business requirements into scalable software solutions and troubleshoot application issues.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Proficiency in Adobe Experience Platform (AEP).
- Strong knowledge of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience integrating business process requirements into scalable software solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Strong problem-solving skills and focus on delivering high-quality software products.
