Base Salary
$100k - $160k/yr
Responsibilities
- Support the development, testing, and debugging of embedded Linux systems and low-level firmware.
- Assist in developing and maintaining drivers across various hardware interfaces.
- Help bring up hardware peripherals and integrate them with embedded Linux.
- Own component test characterization campaigns and analyze test data.
- Participate in longevity testing campaigns to identify potential issues.
- Engage in design reviews, code reviews, and team discussions.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in embedded software engineering or related fields.
- Experience in C and working knowledge of C++.
- Foundational understanding of common hardware interfaces.
- Comfort reading basic schematics or a willingness to learn.
- Familiarity with basic lab tools like multimeters and oscilloscopes.
- Strong debugging curiosity and good communication skills.
