Responsibilities
- Lead solution architecture for complex sales opportunities.
- Translate customer requirements into scalable architectures, integrations, data flows, and dependencies.
- Identify technical, scalability, security, and delivery risks and define mitigation strategies.
- Validate assumptions used in pricing, proposals, and delivery estimates.
- Support proofs of concept, pilots, customer technical workshops, and executive briefings.
- Provide technical input to RFP responses, proposals, and statements of work.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Engineering, and delivery teams to validate feasibility and ensure clean handoffs.
- Provide structured field feedback to Product and Engineering.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in solution architecture, sales engineering, or systems design.
- Proven experience designing complex, multi-system solutions.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software architectures and integrations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments.
- Strong documentation and diagramming skills.
- Experience in lottery, gaming, or highly regulated industries is desired.
- Experience supporting RFP-driven or pursuit-based sales motions is desired.
- Familiarity with cloud, data platforms, APIs, and security frameworks is desired.
- Prior experience working closely with engineering delivery teams is desired.
