Responsibilities
- Architect and implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE modules across Sales, Customer Service, Marketing, and Field Services.
- Lead technical delivery for CE implementations, upgrades, integrations, customizations, and enterprise-scale solution architecture.
- Design and customize CRM workflows, plug-ins, forms, dashboards, mobile applications, and front-end interfaces.
- Build integrations among Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, Azure services, ERP systems, legacy systems, and third-party ISVs.
- Implement integrations using OData, REST and SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory, Dual Write, and Data Management Framework.
- Oversee code quality, security, performance tuning, technical governance, unit testing, code reviews, and upgrade-safe customizations.
- Manage data migration strategies and execution while serving as the primary technical point of contact.
- Develop reusable templates, frameworks, accelerators, and automation using Copilot, AI Builder, and AI-driven workflows.
- Manage build, release, deployment, environment strategy, code branches, and pipelines across Dev, UAT, and Production environments.
- Mentor and train developers and consultants, lead workshops and demonstrations, and align technical decisions with business and stakeholder priorities.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of demonstrated experience working with ERP technologies and 10+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization experience.
- Experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on at least eight full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Advanced expertise with Dynamics 365 CE architecture, CRM workflows, plug-ins, Power Platform integrations, CE entities, customization, and extensibility frameworks.
- Advanced proficiency with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and API Management, plus Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Strong experience designing CE, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, Azure, ERP, and legacy-system integrations using OData, REST, SOAP, Data Factory, Dual Write, and Data Management Framework.
- Expert-level experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript, with front-end development experience using React and Angular.
- Strong knowledge of DevOps pipelines, CI/CD, Git, Azure DevOps, environment management, release dependencies, and Microsoft standards.
- Experience with SQL, data architecture, ETL processes, data migration tools, Microsoft Fabric, and reusable solution frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, automation, and AI-enabled business processes.
- Preferred certifications include MB-700, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, and PL-600.
- Strong communication, collaboration, technical governance, stakeholder engagement, mentoring, and workshop facilitation skills.
