Responsibilities
- Architect and lead technical delivery for Dynamics 365 CE implementations, upgrades, integrations, customizations, and enterprise solution designs.
- Design and develop CE workflows, plug-ins, forms, dashboards, mobile applications, web services, and custom front-end interfaces.
- Implement integrations across Dynamics 365 CE, Finance & Operations, Power Platform, Azure services, ERP systems, legacy systems, and third-party ISVs.
- Lead data migration and ETL activities using the Data Management Framework and related tools.
- Oversee code quality, security, performance tuning, technical governance, upgrade-safe customizations, and Microsoft standards compliance.
- Develop reusable templates, frameworks, accelerators, automation, and AI-enabled workflows using Copilot and AI Builder.
- Manage build, release, deployment, environment strategy, branches, pipelines, and Dev/UAT/Prod releases.
- Mentor developers and engineering teams and lead technical workshops, demos, and stakeholder discussions.
Requirements
- 12–15+ years of demonstrated experience with ERP technologies, including 10+ years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE development and customization.
- Experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect on at least eight full-cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations.
- Advanced experience with Dynamics 365 CE architecture, CRM workflows, plug-ins, CE entities, Power Platform integrations, and upgrade-safe customizations.
- Advanced proficiency with Azure services including Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, and API Management, plus Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
- Experience designing integrations using OData, REST, SOAP, Data Management Framework, Data Factory, and Dual Write.
- Expert-level experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure microservices.
- Experience with React and Angular for custom user interfaces and SQL and data migration tools for CE projects.
- Knowledge of data architecture, ALM, environment management, security strategy, performance optimization, and reusable solution frameworks.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, Power Pages, Common Data Services, ISV integrations, and Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations is preferred.
- Preferred certifications include MB-700, MB-210, MB-220, MB-230, MB-240, and PL-600.
