Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of quality engineers through multidisciplinary planning and ecosystem integration.
- Develop and continuously improve testing frameworks, methodologies, and end-to-end testing strategies.
- Define, monitor, and analyze quality metrics to assess testing effectiveness and drive process improvements.
- Manage test execution and defect resolution across the application lifecycle.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication on quality objectives.
- Identify and mitigate risks affecting quality and delivery timelines.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to SAP BTP platform administration.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in SAP BTP Administration.
- Proficiency in SAP BTP Administration, including managing and configuring related cloud-based platforms and services.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and lifecycle management in software development environments.
- Ability to design and implement testing strategies integrated with continuous integration and continuous deployment pipelines.
- Experience monitoring and analyzing quality metrics to improve processes.
- 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to act as a subject matter expert, make team decisions, and provide solutions across multiple teams.
