Salesforce QA - Team Lead
State StreetResponsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans, scenarios, and cases across functional, regression, integration, end-to-end, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Validate Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Financial Services Cloud business processes and ensure coverage across user stories, enhancements, defects, integrations, and releases.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
- Design and maintain scalable test automation frameworks and reusable automated test assets, with a preference for Tricentis Tosca.
- Integrate automation testing into release pipelines and increase automated test coverage.
- Support API testing and integration validation for connected enterprise applications.
- Define and drive QA standards, testing processes, methodologies, quality gates, and continuous quality engineering practices.
- Lead release validation, regression testing, release readiness, production validation, and post-release verification activities.
- Define and track quality KPIs and release metrics and prepare executive quality reports.
- Use AI-assisted and generative AI tools for test case creation, test design, coverage analysis, and defect identification while helping establish responsible AI testing practices.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of software testing experience.
- At least 3 years of Salesforce platform testing experience.
- Hands-on experience testing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Experience supporting Agile software delivery teams and executing end-to-end test cycles and release validation.
- Understanding of the Salesforce security model, including Profiles, Permission Sets, and Sharing.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Case, Account, Contact, and Opportunity Management capabilities.
- Experience designing test automation frameworks, regression automation, end-to-end automation execution, and test data preparation and management.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in innovative, fast-paced environments and address ambiguous or undefined problems.
- Preferred experience with Financial Services Cloud and non-functional testing.
- Experience with Tricentis Tosca is preferred.
