Responsibilities
- Diagnose and resolve complex performance issues not identified by the internal performance testing team.
- Analyze software development processes, system architecture, and performance behavior to identify bottlenecks.
- Lead performance testing, validation, capacity planning, application performance management, and problem resolution activities.
- Provide solutions that apply across multiple teams and contribute to key cross-functional decisions.
- Act as a subject matter expert, coordinate team efforts, and support team decisions.
- Mentor team members and facilitate knowledge sharing on performance engineering practices.
- Align performance goals with business objectives across cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Proficiency in SAP CO Management Accounting.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing system performance and identifying root causes.
- Experience with capacity planning and resource optimization for scalable solutions.
- Ability to apply software development lifecycle principles in performance contexts.
- Familiarity with application performance management tools and methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills for complex performance challenges.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
