Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of quality engineers across multidisciplinary project activities.
- Develop and implement end-to-end testing strategies across the application lifecycle.
- Define and track quality metrics related to test execution and defect resolution.
- Coordinate stakeholders and cross-functional teams to align quality objectives with business goals.
- Identify process improvements that enhance testing efficiency and product quality.
- Analyze business and functional requirements to design effective test plans.
- Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions and contribute solutions to work-related problems.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience with the Dassault Systemes 3DEXPERIENCE Platform ENOVIA.
- Strong understanding of quality engineering principles and software testing methodologies.
- Experience developing and implementing end-to-end testing strategies.
- Ability to define and track testing and defect-resolution metrics.
- Familiarity with ecosystem integration and multidisciplinary team collaboration.
- Minimum 15 years of full-time education.
- Ability to work independently and become a subject-matter expert.
