Responsibilities
- Develop and optimize scalable full-stack applications using React, Node.js, and Python.
- Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
- Translate stakeholder requirements into scalable technical solutions and own solution architecture.
- Collaborate with product, design, architecture, security, and other cross-functional teams.
- Mentor junior engineers and help lead technical teams.
- Contribute to documentation and establish engineering best practices.
- Ensure applications meet performance, security, and reliability standards.
- Participate in on-call rotations and evaluate new tools as business needs evolve.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of software development experience.
- Expert-level full-stack development experience with React or HTML5, Node.js or Python, and microservices.
- Polyglot programming expertise in JavaScript, Python, HTML5/CSS, and Shell scripting.
- Strong fundamentals in AI, agent systems, MCP server/client concepts, OAuth2, PostgreSQL, object-oriented programming, design patterns, and security.
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
- Experience influencing technical decisions and owning solution architecture.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and agile development environment.
- Preferred experience with OpenShift, AWS, Azure, GitHub, Docker, Kubernetes, test automation frameworks, CI/CD pipeline optimization, agile transformation, process improvement, GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude Code.
