Base Salary
$170k - $200k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain agentic AI workflows from prototype to production.
- Develop and operate generative media pipelines for video, audio, and captioning.
- Ship internal AI tools and dashboards for non-technical team members.
- Implement evaluation, monitoring, and failure-recovery systems for workflows.
- Collaborate with the CTO on infrastructure and security standards.
- Translate department pain points into engineered solutions and document systems.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in building production software with strong Python and API design skills.
- 2+ years of experience in developing production agentic AI systems.
- Strong instincts for agent-tool interface design and experience with MCP.
- Proven track record of building internal tools and API integrations for non-technical users.
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and ship production-grade systems rapidly.
