Base Salary
$146k - $235k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and ship full-stack features across Guardian's monitoring platform.
- Own features end-to-end from prototype and API design through production rollout.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and engineers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical design reviews.
- Write well-tested, maintainable code and promote best practices.
- Mentor teammates and contribute to a collaborative engineering culture.
- Participate in on-call rotations and take ownership of production reliability.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in both frontend and backend.
- Proficiency in TypeScript/React for frontend and Go (or similar) for backend.
- Strong product instincts with a focus on user experience.
- Collaborative and communicative, comfortable navigating ambiguity.
- Experience with monitoring, alerting, or observability systems is a plus.
- Familiarity with feature flagging, release automation, or developer tooling is a plus.
