Base Salary
$140k - $300k/yr
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on AI systems for healthcare workflows.
- Develop long-horizon agent behavior across various contexts.
- Define success criteria and specifications for clinical agents.
- Build evaluation and feedback loops to measure performance.
- Prototype new AI capabilities and harden them into production systems.
- Collaborate with research and ML engineering teams on model selection and infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in software engineering, ML engineering, or applied AI.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with production systems.
- Ability to turn real-world workflows into structured AI problems.
- Experience with evaluation systems and regression tests for AI.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, high-stakes environments.
