Software Architect
Blackpoint CyberResponsibilities
- Drive and execute technology strategy and critical architectural initiatives across the product portfolio.
- Champion AI-driven approaches to architecture, solution design, development workflows, and product delivery.
- Define architectural principles, frameworks, and standards in collaboration with engineering teams.
- Lead and participate in Product design reviews and ensure architectural alignment across teams.
- Provide technical leadership for software design and implementation across the Product organization.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and build cross-functional partnerships.
- Provide technical leadership to development and test engineering teams.
- Research and execute proofs of concept for AI technologies, intelligent automation, and AI-powered solutions.
- Participate in on-call rotation, troubleshoot critical production issues, drive root cause analysis, and support platform reliability and availability.
Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant experience in software architecture and engineering.
- Experience building and optimizing data pipelines, architectures, and data sets.
- Expertise with big data and streaming technologies such as Elastic, Kafka, and Spark.
- Deep knowledge of AWS cloud infrastructure and technologies including Docker and Kubernetes.
- Mastery of microservices and enterprise-scale SaaS architectures.
- Experience with varied data-storage methods and building data platforms.
- Experience designing and delivering high-volume SaaS applications and enterprise-scale endpoint agents.
- Strategic problem-solving ability, strong organizational awareness, and proactive planning skills.
- Exceptional verbal, presentation, listening, written communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Demonstrated commitment to hands-on technical execution and delivery.
- Ability to work in a rapid production-support environment, including on-call responsibilities.
