Base Salary
$136k - $187k/yr
Responsibilities
- Analyze and refine requirements with development and engineering leads to define test plans and release certification scope.
- Develop, maintain, and debug end-to-end and system test plans and existing test automation for weekly release certification.
- Set up and maintain test configurations and lab environments.
- Review changes entering test and staging environments and verify compatibility with existing customer deployments and usage.
- Prioritize and validate critical customer usage patterns for every weekly release.
- Partner with development and release teams on product infrastructure growth and high availability.
- Support broader QA efforts and serve as the technical quality authority in the restricted environment.
Requirements
- Active High clearance is required.
- At least four years of software QA experience focused on release-based testing and validation are required.
- At least four years of experience working in a SaaS-based environment are required.
- Experience with both the server side and client side of device technology is required.
- Candidates must be able to understand, debug, and maintain existing automation code such as Java-based automation; heavy programming or development experience is not strictly required.
- At least four years of experience developing and executing end-to-end or system test plans are required.
- At least four years of experience setting up and maintaining test configurations and lab environments are required.
- The employee must be located on U.S. soil and able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret or Top Secret security clearance as required by U.S. Government contracts.
