Base Salary
$170k - $190k/yr
Responsibilities
- Verify and validate system changes and ServiceNow platform capabilities in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Create automated tests using ServiceNow’s Automation Test Framework and perform regression and operational scenario testing.
- Translate requirements into test cases, acceptance criteria, test plans, and test data.
- Document testing progress and defects in Jira and prepare reports covering results, anomalies, and configuration changes.
- Support test procedure development, configuration management, customer demonstrations, data preparation, UAT, and requirements traceability.
- Participate in sprint planning and reviews and mentor junior testers as needed.
Requirements
- Active DoD TS/SCI security clearance and ability to pass additional customer suitability screening.
- Current Security+ certification or higher/equivalent.
- Senior openings require a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 8–12 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 6+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Lead openings require a bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 12+ years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree and 10+ years; additional experience may substitute for a degree.
- Experience with test data management, test automation, Agile development/testing, DevOps, CI tools, and source control.
- Preferred: 1–2 years of ServiceNow administration/configuration experience, ServiceNow ATF and module experience, code analysis and troubleshooting skills, ITIL knowledge or certification, and AWS cloud certifications.
