Responsibilities

Design, build, maintain, and support ServiceNow applications, workflows, and integrations across ITSM and ITOM.
Develop integrations with third-party monitoring tools and data sources using REST/SOAP, APIs, and scheduled imports.
Work with Discovery/MID Server, Service Mapping, and CMDB components.
Own requirements, solution design, development, testing, deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, participate in upgrades and patching, and manage releases and deployments through update sets.
Collaborate with product owners, architects, system managers, and global business stakeholders.
Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards, security, QMS standards, and best practices.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules and functionality, JavaScript, Flow Designer, and REST/SOAP integrations.
Proven experience designing end-to-end ServiceNow solutions and supporting operations in large regulated enterprises.
ServiceNow certifications are required; ITIL Foundation is preferred.
Experience in regulated or GxP environments is advantageous.
Strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, multitasking, and collaborative working skills.

Hybrid work mode with 3 days in the office.
