Responsibilities
- Design, build, configure, and enhance custom software applications and components.
- Customize software solutions to address complex business requirements and support organizational processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within application environments.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and contribute to decisions across multiple teams.
- Lead process improvements to increase team productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and support their professional development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to align project goals and delivery.
- Support the integration of new technologies and tools.
Requirements
- Minimum 7.5 years of experience, including experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer is required.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience customizing software solutions for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
