Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to satisfy business process and application requirements.
- Serve as a subject-matter expert and collaborate with and manage the team.
- Make team decisions and provide solutions across immediate and multiple teams.
- Lead process-improvement efforts to improve productivity and quality.
- Mentor junior team members and coordinate cross-functional communication.
- Troubleshoot application issues and support the integration of new technologies and tools.
Requirements
- At least 7.5 years of experience with Adobe Journey Optimizer.
- Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer is required.
- Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic is preferred.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software configuration techniques.
- Experience customizing software solutions for complex business requirements.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in application environments.
- Familiarity with the software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
