Responsibilities
- Develop, code, and enhance custom software components across systems and applications.
- Work extensively with Pega process flows, activities, UI elements, reporting elements, and decision management techniques.
- Build and maintain integrations using SOAP, HTTP connectors and services, REST services, databases, listeners, batch processes, and agents.
- Work with more than two Pega frameworks and support application development and system integration.
- Use Pega tools including Live-UI, Clipboard, and Tracer.
- Understand application environments and deployment activities.
- Write and execute unit test cases according to requirements.
- Apply object-oriented programming concepts and perform Python development and prompt engineering.
- Handle client calls independently and manage pressure situations in the project.
Requirements
- Minimum three years of experience is required.
- Overall minimum five years of industry experience is required.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
- Mandatory CSA and CSSA certifications are required; CUIS is optional.
- Strong knowledge of Pega process flows, decision management, integrations, environments, deployment, and Pega frameworks is required.
- Experience in application development and system integration is required.
- Good communication skills and the ability to independently handle client calls are required.
- React.js and Node.js are good-to-have skills.
- Certifications in Anthropic, AWS, or Google are good to have.
