Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for web and mobile applications using Selenium/Java, Playwright/TypeScript, and Karate DSL.
- Analyze functional specifications and user stories to define relevant automated test cases.
- Execute automated tests and collaborate closely with development teams to identify and address quality issues.
- Use Gherkin to define test scenarios and apply REST API testing concepts with tools such as Postman.
- Manage test cases and test activities using Jira Xray.
- Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines for test automation with Jenkins and/or GitLab CI.
- Build and maintain relevant datasets for automated testing.
Requirements
- Bac+5 degree from an engineering school or equivalent university qualification with a specialization in computer science, or equivalent significant experience.
- 3 to 7 years of experience in QA Full Stack Test Automation.
- Strong experience with Selenium/Java, Playwright/TypeScript, and Karate DSL.
- Understanding of Gherkin, REST APIs, and API testing tools such as Postman.
- Proficiency with Jira Xray and CI/CD automation using Jenkins and/or GitLab CI.
- Understanding of software quality assurance principles; ISTQB certification or knowledge is relevant.
- Knowledge of Agile methods, particularly Scrum.
- Experience in retail or mass-market distribution is an advantage.
