Base Salary

Responsibilities
- Develop innovative solutions to enhance user engagement with Algolia.
- Execute experiments and A/B tests to determine optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to identify opportunities.
- Mentor junior software engineers to foster their growth.
- Design and develop a scalable growth platform.
- Work with various teams to establish a solid growth foundation.
- Improve engineering quality, processes, and tooling.
- Help define the team roadmap through a bottom-up approach.
Requirements
- Passion for delivering the best user experience to diverse users.
- Ability to make data-driven decisions and analyze impacts.
- Experience with event-driven infrastructure in GCP or AWS.
- Proficiency in a server-side language, preferably Ruby, with a willingness to learn Golang.
- Experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, React, HTML/CSS is a plus.
- Experience in a scale-up or Growth team is advantageous.
- Familiarity with analytics platforms like Amplitude or Hex is a plus.
