Responsibilities
- Design, build, and iterate on end-to-end web products.
- Own the full development lifecycle from brainstorming to deployment.
- Contribute across the stack, including backend services, frontend interfaces, and AWS infrastructure.
- Innovate on AI systems for accurate assessments.
- Foster a constructive environment for code reviews and mentoring.
Requirements
- Strong foundational software engineering skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, early-stage startup environment.
- Immediate productivity in at least one area of the tech stack.
