Base Salary
$95k - $245k/yr
Responsibilities
- Execute quality assurance assignments independently across software and model development lifecycles.
- Design algorithms, analyze designs, and develop and execute software tests against requirements.
- Provide independent assurance, process improvement, engineering consultation, audits, metrics, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Prepare technical data, procedures, reports, drawings, manuals, and other documentation.
- Communicate with customers and stakeholders to establish requirements and explain designs and deliverables.
- Drive solutions to complex or unclear requirements and identify and mitigate program- and system-level technical risks.
- Act as a subject matter expert and lead system architecture design.
- Lead a medium-sized team of engineers across multiple disciplines.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is required; a master's degree is preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering or a related field is required.
- Ability to learn new programming languages and technologies quickly.
- Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, leadership, and nontechnical personnel.
- Strong organization, planning, time management, and multitasking skills.
- Applicants selected must obtain and maintain a government security clearance.
