Responsibilities
- Develop reliable, high-performance C++ software for latency-critical execution systems.
- Work with engineers, traders, researchers, and quants on multidisciplinary projects.
- Own end-to-end product development from requirements gathering through production.
- Balance latency, throughput, simplicity, scalability, maintainability, time to production, quality, and testability.
- Implement automated testing and support daily deployments.
- Work on market connectivity, large-scale data handling, trading algorithms, and advanced hardware integrations.
Requirements
- B.Tech or B.E. degree with a strong academic background in Computer Science.
- 4–8 years of professional C++ experience.
- Strong problem-solving skills and enthusiasm for tackling new challenges.
- Ability to build strong working relationships in a team environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English.
