Responsibilities
- Drive the execution of Adyen's AI strategy focusing on Generative AI and other methodologies.
- Implement research papers into robust, scalable, and production-ready code.
- Define the long-term vision for AI at Adyen, including regulatory considerations.
- Challenge the status quo by introducing transformative ideas and solutions.
- Mentor and foster collaboration across the organization.
- Pair with engineering teams to solve technical challenges and improve performance.
- Connect with the AI community to identify partnership opportunities.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of the latest advancements in AI research.
- Significant experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models.
- Proven track record of writing clean, efficient, and scalable production code.
- Experience implementing cutting-edge AI research into production-quality code.
- Ability to deliver simple solutions to complex problems and influence strategic direction.
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Strong relationship-building skills to foster trust-based collaborations.
